Fieldwork in geography:
During the 4th year spring term, the geography department organises a residential fieldtrip. This is for ALL 4th year pupils taking the subject and includes visits to York, Scarborough, Malham and other villages and towns in the Yorkshrie area.
During the trip you will have the chance to explore Limestone scenary, measure rivers (does mean wellies required!), see coastal defences at work and visit busy town centres. It is all designed to help you with your GCSE coursework which you will start in the summer term of the 4th year.
