Student Receives Community Spirit Award

Holly A, one of our Year 12 students played a role in the campaign to keep the Thanington Recreation Ground open, and subsequently received a Community Spirit award.

Holly said: “The council were trying to turn Thanington Recreation Ground into a multi-story car park, and I gave a speech which helped to keep it open.” Scroll across to read our interview with Holly.
