The Archbishop’s School is exceptionally pleased with todays A-level results and the performance of our amazing Sixth Form students. The results improved for the third year in a row and are the best in both A-Levels and BTEC/Diploma qualifications in the past four years.

With A grades or equivalents in nine subjects, ranging from Chemistry, Spanish, and History, to Photography, Business and Sport, our students demonstrated their capacity to produce outstanding results across both academic and vocational qualifications.

At the top end, we are particularly thrilled for the two students who achieved A*AAA and AAB respectively and the thirteen different students who all achieved A or A* grades or equivalents. We are equally as proud of all our students who have reached full potential as a consequence of their resilience, commitment, and hard work.

We have students heading off to Russell Group universities, more local universities and colleges, gap years, Level 3 and 4 apprenticeships and straight into the working world and doing so following the school’s ethos of ‘Enter to Learn - Go Forth to Serve’.

Mr Elliott, Headteacher, said “it is fantastic to see our students’ hard work coming to fruition in these excellent results. Our students have worked hard, demonstrated great resilience and as a consequence have realised their potential. We could not be prouder of them”.
